He has more than 25 years of experience in strategic company transformation, in business transactions, as entrepreneur, business analyst, accountant, auditor, board member, and is one of the most effective Industry Chief Risk Officers globally.
He has steered several large transformation programs with global reach, shaping successful and resilient structures and culture achieving sustained improvement in both performance and organizational agility.
Christoph has advised small to large scale transactions including post merger transformation across a wide variety of sectors. He is director of two strategic holdings that invest in circular economy and in the health sector.
He was Chief Risk Officer at Airbus for 7 years and member of various decision making bodies, including M&A, commercial and asset management committees.
He successfully created and led the strategic, financing, technical, and M&A accounting and policies at Airbus for 10 years and worked extensively with all big 4 audit firms, standard setters and regulatory authorities.
Christoph was EY partner responsible for the enterprise risk management practice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Further, he has created a start-up company digital collaboration and situational awareness and works as a lecturer.
